About the Role

VSM Scholars is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern who wants to build practical experience in Human Resources and understand how HR functions in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews and job opportunities.
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and HR operations.
- Maintain professional communication with employees and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
