Job description:-

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily workflow of the Production Team, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

They will monitor team productivity, project progress, quality checks, and client requirements while maintaining smooth coordination.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily workflow of the Production Team and allocate and coordinate work based on priorities, deadlines, workload, and team availability.
- Monitor allocated projects' progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, identify workflow issues, and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of available team resources, identify performance gaps, and communicate them to management when required.
- Conduct quality checks on all creative deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards, and work toward reducing unnecessary revisions through better understanding and quality checks.
- Monitor the handling of client accounts assigned to the Production Team and support the team in maintaining robust client relationships and service quality.
- Support management in resolving operational issues affecting production and report major delays, client concerns,



resource constraints, or performance issues promptly.
- Maintain production-related sheets and data, including work allocation, task status, productivity, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Provide management with regular updates regarding workload, productivity, deadlines, quality, and team performance.
- Assist management in evaluating team performance based on defined performance parameters.

Qualifications

● 3–4+ years of relevant experience in Production Management, Project Coordination, or Team Management, preferably within an IT service-based or creative environment.

● Prior experience managing Graphic Designers, Video Editors, or other creative teams will be preferred.

● Strong understanding of team workflow, task allocation, quality control, productivity, and deadline management.

● Strong leadership, communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to maintain production data and performance reports.

Location: Dehradun/Onsite.
Shift Timing:- 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Full-time)

Working Days:- Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
