We are looking a reliable, hardworking and dedicated Office Boy/Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and assisting staff as needed. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and willing to handle various office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office, pantry, and common areas.
- Supply Management: Assist in monitoring office supplies, placing orders, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Support Services: Provide assistance to staff with various tasks, including photocopying, filing, and other basic office tasks.
- Courier Services: Receive and dispatch courier packages and documents.
- Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks for staff and visitors.
- General Assistance:



Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Etiquette: Excellent manners, discretion, and a positive attitude towards all aspects of the job.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English (in written), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency with office software and equipment.

**Two Wheeler driving must**

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
