Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding Cloud Computing and IT training programs based on their career goals and learning requirements.
- Explain course structure, curriculum, duration, training methodology, certifications, and career opportunities in a clear and engaging manner.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and other channels and convert them into registrations.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions to understand students' backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication until enrolment.
- Generate and maintain leads through student outreach, college visits, seminars, workshops, and other activities.
- Coordinate with colleges and educational institutions for cloud workshops, seminars, and industry-readiness programs.
- Promote and explain the practical benefits of hands-on cloud lab training and industry-oriented learning.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or other tracking systems.
- Achieve assigned enquiry, counselling, and enrolment targets.
- Build solid relationships with students, parents, colleges, and institutional representatives.
- Coordinate with the training and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Stay updated about the latest IT training programs, cloud technologies, certifications, and industry requirements to provide relevant career guidance.
- Collect student feedback and share insights with the management/team to improve counselling and training programs.
- Participate in college events, career fairs, workshops, and promotional activities whenever required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
