Job Overview

EPUB Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor account records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain accounting records and update transactions in Tally.
- Assist in GST compliance, tax calculations, returns, and related documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, records, and statutory returns.
- Assist with PF, ESI, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance activities.




- Support payroll processing and maintain relevant records.
- Prepare financial reports and provide documents required for audits.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and journal entries.
- Good accounting and numerical skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
