Trivandrum | Full-time | 1–3 Years Experience

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to drive our brand presence and business growth.

This is not a digital-only role. We are looking for an all-round marketer with strong experience in offline marketing, partnerships, events, networking, and lead generation, supported by digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the firm's overall marketing strategy and execution.
- Plan and execute offline campaigns, brand activations, exhibitions, events, and local promotions.
- Build strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, real estate professionals, businesses, and strategic partners.
- Develop referral networks and partnership opportunities.
- Drive local brand visibility and strengthen the firm's market presence across Trivandrum.
- Generate and support qualified leads through a combination of online and offline channels.
- Coordinate branding, content, creatives, vendors, agencies, and marketing materials.
- Research competitors, market trends, client preferences, and new business opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives and marketing campaigns for architectural projects and services.
- Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, partnerships, and ROI.

We’re Looking For





Someone who is:

- A true marketing all-rounder, not just a social media specialist.
- Solid in offline marketing, networking, and relationship building.
- Confident communicating and negotiating with businesses, clients, and strategic partners.
- Creative, proactive, and highly execution-focused.
- Comfortable with events, exhibitions, field marketing, partnerships, and local travel.
- Familiar with digital marketing, CRM, social media, and analytics.
- Able to take ownership and work independently.
- Passionate about building brands and contributing directly to business growth.

Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Furniture, or Luxury Brands will be an added advantage.
