Job Description

Responsible for ensuring daily machine loading and optimum utilization of machine shop resources, use of calibrated measuring instruments, reporting and record maintenance of damaged tools, completion of inspection reports for all machining dimensions, and monitoring of daily consumable usage.



Also responsible for preparing and updating departmental work instructions and procedures, supervising technicians' work to maintain quality and productivity, verifying and editing CNC programs with knowledge of tooling and AutoCAD, participating in risk assessment activities, managing Job Time Cards and SAP transactions, and applying problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques to resolve process deviations and drive continuous improvement. Capable to take decision-making, problem-solving skill. Knowledge of TPM, 5S ,Safety.
