- Handle day-to-day branch operations and assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets.
- Process gold loan applications, renewals, repayments, and other customer transactions as per company procedures.
- Verify customer documents, KYC details, and loan-related information accurately.
- Assist in customer acquisition and promote gold loan and other financial products.
- Follow up with customers for loan renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Support collection activities and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Maintain proper records of cash, documents, loan files, and other branch-related transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and operational procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the security and proper custody of gold, cash, and important documents.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve sales, collection, and operational targets.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports as required by management.
- Support internal audits and ensure timely correction of audit observations.
- Maintain discipline, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all branch activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or management.
