Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head to manage and oversee debt recovery and collection operations across Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for driving collection performance, developing branch teams, maintaining solid relationships with bank officials, and ensuring achievement of monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor debt recovery operations across the state.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize collections and improve recovery performance.
- Lead, motivate, and develop Branch Managers, Cluster Managers, and Recovery Executives.
- Set monthly targets and ensure achievement of collection and productivity goals.
- Monitor branch-wise and team-wise performance through regular reviews.
- Coordinate with bank officials and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS, DCR, reports, and other operational documents.
- Conduct regular branch visits and field reviews to improve team performance.




- Identify underperforming branches/employees and take corrective action.
- Recruit, train, and develop suitable recovery staff whenever required.
- Monitor pending cases, bills, legal/recovery proceedings, and other operational matters.
- Prepare and present performance reports to the Management.
- Take responsibility for overall state-level collection growth and profitability.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in debt recovery, banking collections, NBFC, financial services, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on collection performance.
- Good knowledge of banking recovery and collection processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and collection/recovery MIS systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
