HR Trainee – Fresher Level

Position: HR Trainee
Experience: Fresher – 0 to 1 Year

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in daily HR activities.
- Support recruitment and interview coordination.
- Screen resumes and maintain candidate details.
- Assist with employee joining and documentation.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Support biometric attendance monitoring.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Support payroll data collection and verification.
- Assist in PF, ESI and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
- Support factory HR and employee discipline activities.
- Perform other HR duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Candidate Requirements





- Any Graduate / MBA HR / HR-related qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop in HR.
- Positive attitude and responsible approach.
- Ability to work in a factory/office environment.
