Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our sales team by making outbound calls, following up with dealers, distributors, customers, and leads, and maintaining accurate call and lead records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, customers, and potential leads.
- Follow up regularly with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain company products, offers, and services to customers.
- Generate and identify potential sales leads through calling.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer discussions, and follow-ups.
- Update lead information and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Ensure all assigned leads are followed up on time and properly updated.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and lead status.
- Share daily calling and follow-up reports with the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain good relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Perform other sales coordination and telecalling activities assigned by the manager.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and dealers.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Qualification
Education: Graduate / 12th Pass
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Languages: Hindi and basic English

- Number of calls made.
- Lead follow-up and conversion.
- CRM accuracy and timely updates.
- Dealer/customer engagement.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Achievement of assigned calling and sales-support targets.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
