Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer communication, service-related queries, order follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Candidates must have work experience in a manufacturing company. Experience from any manufacturing industry is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day customer calls, emails, and service-related queries.
- Respond to customer requirements and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other internal departments.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, dispatches, and pending requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.
- Keep customers updated regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth and timely customer service.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication and service requests.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned department.
- Support the team in maintaining good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.





Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Any manufacturing industry is acceptable.
- Candidates with Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Coordination, Order Coordination, Client Coordination, or similar experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
