Scope of Responsibilities

- International road transport of goods across Europe.
- Proper securing, lashing, and inspecting of cargo before transit.
- Correct operation of the digital tachograph and adherence to EU driving and rest-time regulations.
- Loading and unloading operations (including operating forklifts when required).
- Daily vehicle inspections, cleanliness, and maintenance checks

France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland
- Scandinavia & Northern Europe: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland
- Eastern & Southern Europe: Poland (Base Depot), Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Italy

Qualifications & Requirements

- Driving license Valid professional Indian Commercial Heavy Vehicle License (HGMV / HTV + Trailer) or an International C+E driving license.
- Experience: Verifiable driving experience on heavy articulated commercial vehicles / trailers. Driving skills will be verified by our representative in India (including video verification).
- Language proficiency: Proficiency in English is mandatory (for communication with dispatchers, reading GPS, border clearance, and delivery docks).
- Passport: Valid passport with at least 2 to 3 years validity.
- Clean criminal background and medical fitness for heavy commercial transport.

Process & Additional Information

- Candidate Verification: Document submission (passport and license scans) and driving qualification verification in India.
- Permit & Visa processing :Work permit application filed directly in Poland, followed by visa appointment assistance at the Polish Embassy/VFS in India.
- Timeline: The total official documentation and visa process takes approximately 6 to 8 months. The candidate remains in India until the work visa is granted.
- Transition in Poland: Upon arrival, Negoti provides arrival assistance and guidance through the residency and Polish professional license / Driver Qualification Card (Code 95) process.
- Cost Terms: Formalities for the Polish driving license authorization and Driver Qualification Card will be reimbursed to Negoti from the candidate's initial salaries. Meals during employment are not provided. Drivers work exclusively for Negoti under this authorization.

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
