Job Title: Activity Incharge

Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations, team management, QMS, EHS, safety, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor orders, dispatches, and delivery TAT.
- Coordinate Associates for material delivery and liaise with field force/internal teams.
- Manage vendors and conduct freight analysis.
- Train team members and ensure timely MIS submission.
- Manage damaged materials and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Record Non-Conformities (NCs) and service complaints and ensure appropriate CAPA.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment/assets.
- Monitor temperature-controlled areas and report temperature excursions.
- Ensure housekeeping and pest control activities are completed as per schedule.
- Implement new/revised QMS processes and maintain proper records.
- Raise Change Controls for facility modifications.
- Report product-related complaints to PISPL-QA and Principal Company-QA within 24 hours.
- Address hazards, near misses, safety observations, suggestions, and improvement opportunities.




- Support continuous improvement of the OH&S; Management System.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformities.
- Ensure achievement of EHS objectives and participate in Management Review Meetings.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions in consultation with the Safety Committee/EHS team.
- Conduct safety campaigns and support the Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team.
- Ensure periodic safety meetings with workers.
- Take decisions on local warehouse operational issues.
- Approve and sign Permit to Work (PTW).

Requirements

- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, QMS, EHS, and safety management.
- Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes, compliance, audits, and documentation.
- Ability to manage operational risks and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
