- Prepare Quotes: Create accurate and detailed quotations based on product/service pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Review and Customize: Adjust quotes for discounts, special offers, or custom requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales Team: Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure accurate pricing and availability.
- Follow Up: Ensure timely delivery of quotes and follow up with clients to answer questions or confirm details.
- Maintain Records: Keep track of all quotes issued and update them when necessary.
- Support Negotiations: Assist in negotiating terms and pricing if needed.
