ACCOUNT & COMMERCE TEACHER

Position: Account & Commerce Teacher
Subjects: Accountancy, Economics & Business Studies
Classes: 11th & 12th Commerce
Location: The Radiant Institute

Job Responsibilities

- Teach Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies to Class 11th and 12th Commerce students.
- Deliver concepts in a explicit, structured and student-friendly manner.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, assignments and practice material.
- Conduct regular tests, examinations and doubt-solving sessions.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Prepare students for Board examinations with proper syllabus planning and revision.
- Focus on numerical practice, case studies, application-based questions and important exam patterns.
- Track individual student performance and provide additional support where required.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus completion, tests and student performance.
- Assist in preparing question papers,



study material and revision plans.
- Support the institute in maintaining high academic standards and student results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Economics / Business Studies or a relevant field.
- Strong command of Accountancy, Economics and Business Studies.
- Prior teaching/coaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts through practical examples.
- Board-exam-oriented teaching approach.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve strong academic results.

Preferred Candidate

A faculty member who can confidently handle Accountancy along with Economics and Business Studies and is capable of teaching 11th & 12th Commerce students independently.

Pay: ₹10,308.92 - ₹38,864.06 per month
