About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying recent opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop new business opportunities across different market segments.

● Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

● Conduct business meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

● Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports.

● Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

● Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Required Skills





● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

● Ability to handle multiple clients, products, and services.

● Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

● Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

● Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

● 3 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related field.

● Experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
