Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Bakery Chef who has strong knowledge of basic bakery and breakfast preparations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in preparing a variety of cakes, baked items, breads, and breakfast dishes while maintaining consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of bakery products including pancakes, tea cakes, sponge cakes, French toast, and other basic bakery/breakfast items.
- Have hands-on knowledge of basic baking techniques, mixing, baking, decorating, and plating.
- Prepare cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and other bakery products as required.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, quality, and presentation.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain proper portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery/kitchen area.
- Monitor and manage bakery ingredients, stock, and wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in developing new bakery items and improving existing recipes.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.




- Work efficiently during busy service hours and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Required Skills

- Strong basic knowledge of bakery and pastry preparation.
- Good understanding of ingredients, measurements, baking temperatures, and cooking techniques.
- Hands-on experience with pancakes, tea cakes, French toast, cakes, pastries, breads, and other bakery items.
- Positive presentation and plating skills.
- Creative approach towards bakery and breakfast items.
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Should be hardworking, disciplined, and attentive to detail.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Candidates with experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or premium food outlets will be preferred.
- Should have a strong understanding of basic bakery operations and be comfortable handling day-to-day bakery production.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
