About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident, enthusiastic, and interested in sales, client communication, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with HRs, companies, and decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update lead and client databases.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly business development targets.

Requirements

- Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Freshers and final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales/Business Development is an advantage but not mandatory.
