- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of hostel students.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper hostel routines.
- Monitor students’ study hours, meals, attendance, and daily activities.
- Handle student concerns and provide guidance and support.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management when required.
- Maintain hostel records and report any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Previous hostel/student supervision experience preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong discipline, patience, and leadership qualities.
- Ability to handle emergencies and student-related situations responsibly.
