Job Role:

The Marketing Executive will execute B2B marketing and commercial-support activities for JaCaCo across

institutional, HORECA, bakery, distributor, private-label, contract-manufacturing, and export channels. The

role supports qualified lead generation, customer communication, market intelligence, sales enablement,

campaign execution, and disciplined follow-through from enquiry to commercial opportunity.

Role & Responsibility:

Execute approved B2B marketing plans across email, LinkedIn, website, direct outreach, offline campaigns, trade events, and customer visits.

Support differentiated value propositions and messaging for institutional customers, HORECA, bakeries, distributors, private-label partners, contract manufacturers, and export markets.

Research target accounts, market segments, competitors, channel trends, pricing signals, and new business opportunities; present actionable findings.

Generate and qualify leads, record them in the CRM, assign follow-ups, and maintain accurate enquiry, opportunity, and conversion status.

Communicate professionally with prospects and customers through email, calls, meetings, and approved online platforms.

Coordinate customer enquiries, samples, documentation, approvals, quotations, trials, and project follow-ups with the Sales and Techno-commercial teams.

Prepare presentations, product profiles, application stories, reports, emailers, event materials, and other sales-enablement assets.

Support exhibitions, trade fairs, BTL activities, webinars, customer demonstrations, partnerships, and client visits, including lead capture and post-event follow-up.

Coordinate with R&D;, NPD, Quality, Production, Planning, Packaging, Dispatch, and Finance to obtain accurate information and meet customer commitments.

Maintain customer databases, campaign trackers, content calendars, enquiry records, follow-up logs, and weekly/monthly MIS reports.





Monitor agreed KPIs such as qualified leads, response time, follow-up completion, campaign engagement, event leads, and opportunities influenced.

Protect confidential customer and commercial information and follow company approval, documentation, and brand-governance processes.

Basic Skills Required:

Good to have:

Exposure to food, chocolate, bakery, ingredients, HORECA, institutional, or export markets.

Experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, trade exhibitions, tender portals, or customer sampling workflows.

Ability to interpret product specifications and convert technical information into clear customer-facing content.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
