Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Estimation Engineer to lead the estimation and costing department for our PEB, Factory Sheds, Industrial Structures, and LGSF projects. The candidate will be responsible for accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering from our Head Office in Siliguri. This is a senior role requiring strong technical and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quantity Survey & Estimation: Responsible for detailed quantity take-off from Architectural and Structural drawings for PEB, LGSF, Factory Sheds, Civil and Structural works.
- Costing & Budgeting: Prepare accurate project cost estimates, BOQ, BOM, and detailed rate analysis for steel, civil, roofing, and finishing works.
- Tendering: Lead the entire tendering process - study of tender documents, preparation of technical and commercial bids, pre-bid queries, and final submission.
- Vendor & Rate Analysis: Float enquiries to vendors, analyze vendor quotations for bought-out items, negotiate rates, and finalize comparative statements.
- PEB Estimation: Hands-on experience in PEB estimation software,



steel weight optimization, and preparation of cost-effective proposals.
- Coordination: Close coordination with Design Team, Project Coordinator, Structural Engineer, Supply Chain, and Sales Team for estimates and revisions.
- Leadership: Guide and review the work of Junior Estimators / QS team and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all estimates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.4-5 Years of mandatory experience as Estimation Engineer / Sr. QS Engineer, preferably in PEB / Pre-Engineered Buildings / Steel Structures / Industrial Sheds industry.
- Must have expertise in: AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), PEB Estimation Software (e.g., MBS, VP Command, LOOTAH or similar), and knowledge of Tekla / STAAD will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IS codes, PEB components, civil works, steel grades, and market rates of construction materials.
- Excellent analytical, commercial negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, handle multiple tenders, and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
- Experience in handling large-scale industrial projects for clients across India and Bhutan will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
