Job Summary:

We are looking for a Server, Storage & AI-Ready Pre-Sales Solution Consultant / Architect with strong experience in designing and positioning enterprise data center infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across server, storage, virtualization, and modern data center technologies, with growing exposure to AI-ready, GPU-optimized, and analytics-driven workloads.

This role is customer-facing and requires ownership of end-to-end pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solution architecture, proposal development, PoCs, and seamless handover to delivery teams. You will work closely with sales teams, OEM partners, and customers to design scalable, resilient, and future-ready infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Engage with enterprise customers to understand compute, storage, virtualization, and AI-readiness requirements

-Lead technical discovery sessions, requirement analysis, and solution qualification

-Design end-to-end server and storage architectures for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-adjacent environments

-Architect solutions using Supermicro, Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem, IBM systems, and associated storage platforms

-Design and position SAN, NAS, DAS, block, file, object, and high-performance storage solutions

-Develop infrastructure architectures optimized for analytics, AI/ML training, inference, and GPU workloads

-Perform infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and performance optimization

-Create Bills of Materials (BoMs), solution proposals, and technical presentations

-Own technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs

-Collaborate with OEMs for reference architectures, pricing approvals, and solution alignment

-Design High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) based on customer needs and future AI requirements.

-Conduct customer workshops, demos, solution walkthroughs, and technical enablement sessions

-Stay current with trends in data center modernization, AI infrastructure,



and emerging technologies

-Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and software-defined infrastructure

-AI-ready, GPU-optimized, and analytics-focused infrastructure architectures

-Infrastructure modernization and cloud-adjacent design principles

Professional Experience & Skills

-4–6 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution engineering roles.

-Strong understanding of enterprise data center, compute, and storage technologies

-Hands-on experience working with multi-vendor OEM ecosystems

-Experience handling RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and bid management

-Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills

-Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities

-Customer-focused mindset with strong business and technical alignment

Must-Have Qualifications

-Minimum 4–5 years of experience in server, storage, and data center pre-sales

-Strong expertise in infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and solution architecture

-Knowledge of modern data center, HCI, and AI-ready infrastructure technologies

-Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, customer-facing environment

-Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications:

-IBM Certified Specialist – Storage Technical (V1/V2)

-Supermicro Certified Professional / AI-HPC Infrastructure Training

-Pure Storage Certification (Architect or Implementation Specialist)

-NetApp NCDA / NCIE

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
