Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries
- Counsel students about courses and career opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain enquiry records and student database
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Marathi, Hindi & Basic English)
- Work From Office
- Valuable convincing and counselling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets)
- Good MS Excel Handling
- Prompt Follow Ups
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve admission targets
- Basic IT, data science, data analytics, Full stack , SAP etc courses knowledge
- Basic graphic design, animation,
video editing etc courses knowledge
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply (Experience preferred)
