Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead to manage and guide our marketing team and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the marketing team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Track marketing performance and campaign results.
- Analyze marketing data and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and guide marketing team members on marketing strategies and processes.
- Develop new marketing strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media and other marketing channels.
- Maintain marketing reports and performance records.
- Ensure marketing activities are completed within deadlines.
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive, performance-driven environment.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in marketing.




- Previous team-lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
