Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across the school. The role will be responsible for teacher and staff recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, attendance, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance while ensuring smooth HR support to academic and non-academic teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews for teachers, coordinators, administrative, support, and residential staff.
- Coordinate demo classes, written tests, interviews, reference checks, background verification, and offer processes.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HRMS/HRIS data, and staff documentation.
- Monitor and coordinate attendance, leave, working hours, and payroll inputs.
- Support employee performance management, probation reviews, appraisals, and confirmation processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Coordinate staff training, professional development, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, school procedures, and statutory/labour law requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, staff strength reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate employee transfers, promotions, resignations, exit interviews, and full & final formalities.
- Liaise with School Leadership, Principals, Coordinators, Department Heads, Finance, and Administration on HR-related matters.




- Support workforce planning and identify staffing requirements based on school needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a school, educational institution, or similar service environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRMS/HRIS, and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school setting and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
