To supervise day-to-day site execution, ensure timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications, coordinate with contractors, and maintain quality, safety, and progress at construction sites.

A. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily construction activities including RCC, masonry, finishing, and installation works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and suppliers for smooth work progress.
- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure proper deployment.
- Verify layout, levels, dimensions, and alignment before work execution.
- Ensure materials are used efficiently and avoid wastage.

B. Planning & Progress Monitoring

- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.
- Track project progress against timelines.
- Report delays and suggest corrective actions.




- Coordinate material requirements with stores/purchase team.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).

C. Quality & Safety

- Ensure quality standards during execution.
- Coordinate with Quality Engineer for stage inspections.
- Rectify site issues immediately to avoid rework.
- Ensure basic site safety compliance and discipline.

D. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain site measurement records.
- Verify contractor bills against actual work done.
- Maintain site registers (material, labour, progress).
- Submit daily updates to management

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
