Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented International Telesales Executives to join our UK sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make Cold calls to UK customers and explain products/services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert leads into successful sales and consistently achieve targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Work effectively as part of a target-driven sales team.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.




- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international/UK customers over the phone.
- Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in international telesales, UK voice process, BPO, telecalling, or international customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
