Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Packaging Executive/Operator to handle the packaging operations of our masala products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, hygienic, and efficient packing of products while maintaining quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day packaging and packing operations of masala products.
- Operate and monitor packaging machines/equipment as required.
- Ensure correct quantity/weight of masala is packed in each pack.
- Check packaging material such as pouches, labels, cartons, and boxes before use.
- Ensure proper sealing, labeling, coding, and batch marking of products.
- Conduct basic quality checks during the packaging process.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the packaging area.
- Ensure products are packed according to company standards and specifications.
- Minimize wastage of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Maintain daily production and packaging records.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and report packaging defects, machine issues, or quality problems to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist in inventory monitoring of packaging materials.




- Ensure finished products are properly packed and ready for dispatch.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in packaging/packing operations preferred.
- Experience in food, FMCG, spices, masala, or similar manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience operating packaging machines will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of packaging and quality-control procedures.

- Basic understanding of weighing, sealing, labeling, and batch coding.
- Ability to operate packaging machinery.

- Responsible and disciplined approach to work.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Comfortable working in a production workplace.
- Physically fit and able to stand/work during production hours.
- Willing to work according to production requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
