Job Summary

We are looking for a Presales Executive to join our real estate team in Choolaimedu, Chennai. The role involves interacting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing project-related information, coordinating appointments, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.

Candidates with good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant project information.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and customer appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer details and enquiry status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and appointments.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and provide necessary assistance.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity updates as required.
- Work towards achieving assigned team and individual performance objectives.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate / relevant educational qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in presales, telecalling, customer support, real estate, or a related field.
- Prior experience in real estate presales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
