Europamagic DMC is looking for an experienced Operations Executive – B2B Europe Tours to handle and coordinate Europe tour packages and ensure the smooth execution of all confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have experience in travel operations, good knowledge of European destinations, and strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of B2B Europe tour packages.
- Coordinate with travel agents regarding bookings, confirmations, amendments, and special requirements.
- Coordinate with European suppliers, transport providers, guides, and other local partners.
- Manage transfers, sightseeing, excursions, and other land arrangements.
- Prepare and verify itineraries, booking confirmations, and operational documents.
- Ensure all services are confirmed and delivered according to the agreed itinerary.
- Handle last-minute changes and operational issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and supplier communication.




- Coordinate with the Sales team for a smooth handover and execution of confirmed bookings.
- Maintain the required query trackers, dockets, and booking records.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in Travel Operations, DMC, or Tour Operations.
- Experience handling Europe tour packages will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of European destinations and ground services.
- Robust coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
