Site Coordinator – Interior / Modular Furniture

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to manage site coordination, measurements, installation activities, material coordination, and execution of turnkey interior and modular furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and pre-installation inspections.
- Coordinate site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise installation teams and daily site activities.
- Coordinate material delivery, unloading, storage, and material requirements.
- Check site dimensions against CAD/DWG drawings and coordinate revisions.
- Coordinate with design, production, dispatch, and installation teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timely completion.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with relevant teams.




- Ensure proper site cleanliness and final handover.

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Turnkey Interior Fit-Out / Modular Furniture / Interior Execution.
- Diploma in Interior Design, Draftsman, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Good knowledge of CAD/DWG drawings, measurements, hardware, and joinery.
- Solid site coordination and team-handling skills.
- Good understanding of material management and logistics.
- Willingness to travel/stay at project sites for 15–30 days, whenever required.

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with hands-on experience in modular furniture installation and turnkey interior fit-out projects will be preferred.
