About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager Intern to support our growing team in planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with different teams, communicating with clients/freelancers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, developers, designers, and external freelancers.
- Source and coordinate with freelancers through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
- Review freelancer profiles, portfolios, proposals, pricing, and availability based on project requirements.
- Communicate project requirements and timelines clearly to freelancers.
- Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and project progress.
- Follow up with team members and freelancers to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, task trackers, and status reports.
- Identify project delays, blockers, and dependencies and escalate them when required.
- Assist in preparing project updates and reports for management.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.




- Support the team in improving project workflows and processes.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of Upwork and Fiverr and how freelance projects are managed.
- Understanding of freelancer sourcing, proposal evaluation, and project coordination.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus.

- Candidates with previous experience coordinating freelancers or working on freelance platforms will be preferred.
