Job Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our manufacturing unit. The role will involve handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliances, HR policies, employee relations, and HRMS operations.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in managing shop-floor employees, labour-related matters, attendance systems, and statutory HR compliances.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, walk-ins, and local recruitment channels.
- Manage recruitment for operators, helpers, technicians, supervisors, staff, and managerial positions.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain manpower requirements and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements as per production and business needs.
- Develop and maintain a reliable database of blue-collar candidates.

2. Attendance & Workforce Management

- Manage daily attendance of blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Monitor shift timings, late coming, early leaving, absenteeism, overtime, weekly offs, and shift rosters.
- Coordinate with production and department heads regarding manpower and attendance issues.
- Verify attendance data before payroll processing.
- Handle biometric/attendance management systems and resolve attendance-related discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain attendance, overtime, leave, and manpower reports.

3. Payroll & Salary Administration

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing for blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, deductions,



advances, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs to the finance/payroll team.
- Handle employee salary-related queries and coordinate for their resolution.
- Maintain salary records and payroll-related documentation.
- Assist in full and final settlement of exiting employees.

4. Statutory & Labour Compliance

- Handle and maintain records related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Shops & Establishments/Factories requirements, and other applicable labour compliances.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities wherever required.
- Ensure timely compliance filings, challans, registers, returns, and documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers and employee records as required under applicable laws.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company requirements.
- Support during statutory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Keep the organization updated on applicable changes in labour laws and statutory requirements.

5. HR Policies & Implementation

- Implement and communicate HR policies across the organization.
- Ensure employees follow company policies relating to attendance, leave, working hours, discipline, code of conduct, overtime, and workplace behaviour.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies as required.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across blue-collar and white-collar employees.




- Handle disciplinary matters and issue appropriate documentation in coordination with management.

6. HRMS Management

- Manage employee information and HR transactions through the HRMS software.
- Maintain employee master data, joining details, attendance, leave, salary, and other employee records.
- Ensure timely updating of employee information in the HRMS.
- Generate HR reports related to attendance, leave, manpower, payroll, and employee data.
- Coordinate with the HRMS/software provider for system-related issues and improvements.
- Support automation of HR processes through the HRMS.

7. Employee Relations

- Handle employee grievances and day-to-day HR concerns.
- Maintain healthy employee relations, particularly among shop-floor and blue-collar employees.
- Conduct employee interactions and address workplace issues.
- Coordinate with supervisors and department heads regarding employee-related matters.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Assist management in maintaining discipline and a positive work environment.

8. Joining & Exit Formalities

- Conduct employee joining and induction processes.
- Ensure completion of joining documentation and employee verification.
- Maintain personnel files and employee records.
- Conduct exit formalities, resignation processing, exit interviews, and full & final coordination.
- Ensure proper handover and clearance procedures during employee separation.

9. HR MIS & Reporting

- Prepare regular HR MIS reports for management.
- Maintain reports related to:
- Manpower
- Recruitment
- Attrition
- Attendance
- Absenteeism
- Overtime
- Leave
- Payroll
- Compliance
- Employee movement
- Provide HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,242.88 per month
