Key Responsibilities

● Lead and coach a team of 5-10 Digital sales agents, driving high performance and productivity.

● Ensure achievement of team targets for lead-to-login and lead-to-disbursal conversions.

● Build processes that deliver excellent customer experience, including call quality, timely follow-up, and accurate documentation.

● Coordinate closely with field sales and operations for seamless customer journeys.

● Monitor agent KPIs, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

● Handle customer escalations professionally.

● Support recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling of agents.

● Lead-to-login conversion %

● Lead-to-disbursal conversion %

● Agent productivity (logins / disbursals per agent)

● Call quality & compliance scores

● TAT adherence Experience & Skills





● 5+ .years in Digital sales / inside sales, preferably in secured lending (HL / LAP).

● 1–2 years experience leading a team.

● Strong coaching, process, and communication skills.

● Proficiency with CRM / dialer tools

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
