We are currently looking for an experienced Biology Tutor to teach students following IGCSE, GCSE, AS & A Level Biology through one-to-one online sessions.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Biology tutor who can confidently teach students across international curricula. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain biological concepts clearly while helping students develop analytical, application, and examination skills.

Responsibilities :

- Teach Biology to students studying IGCSE, GCSE, AS and A Level.
- Deliver engaging one-to-one online lessons.
- Explain biological concepts, processes, terminology, and applications clearly.
- Help students develop conceptual understanding and scientific reasoning.
- Support students with schoolwork, homework, assignments, revision, and exam preparation.
- Prepare students for curriculum-specific assessments and examinations.
- Identify learning gaps and adapt teaching methods according to individual student needs.
- Help students improve exam technique, question interpretation, and answer structure.
- Track student progress and provide feedback when required.
- Create an interactive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements Must Have :





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience teaching IGCSE, GCSE, AS and/or A Level Biology.
- Strong understanding of international Biology curricula and examination requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience conducting one-to-one online classes.
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Secure internet connection, laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, and a quiet teaching environment.

Preferred :

- Experience teaching Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel, AQA or other international Biology curricula.
- Experience preparing students specifically for international board examinations.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online whiteboards.
- Experience working with international students.
