Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, securing, monitoring, and supporting complete network infrastructures for SME and enterprise clients.

The role involves hands-on experience in routing & switching, wireless networking, firewalls, VPN, network security, structured cabling, monitoring, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Design & Deployment

- Design and implement LAN/WAN architectures, VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, and IP addressing/subnetting plans.
- Configure and deploy routers, Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, and wireless access points.
- Plan and execute structured cabling, rack layouts, and network infrastructure.
- Prepare and maintain network documentation and as-built diagrams.
- Design and implement site-to-site and remote-access VPN solutions for multi-branch clients.

2. Network Security

- Configure and manage firewalls including Fortinet FortiGate, Sophos, Sangfor, and Barracuda.
- Configure NAT, firewall policies, IPS/IDS, ACLs, and network segmentation.
- Implement 802.1X and NAC solutions.
- Configure secure remote access using SSL VPN, IPsec, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Perform vulnerability assessments, firmware updates, and network-device hardening.

3. Wireless & Switching

- Deploy, configure, and optimize enterprise Wi-Fi and switching infrastructure.
- Work with equipment from Ruijie, DrayTek, Cisco, and D-Link.
- Configure Link Aggregation, STP/RSTP, VLAN trunking, and QoS.
- Install and maintain IP-PBX and Unified Communication systems, including Grandstream and Zycoo.

4. Network Monitoring & Technical Support

- Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as PRTG, Zabbix,



SolarWinds, and Meraki Dashboard.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, bandwidth, and throughput issues across LAN/WAN/Internet environments.
- Coordinate with ISPs and leased-line providers for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Manage dual-WAN, failover, load balancing, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Maintain IP registers, network documentation, and change-management records.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for client network incidents in accordance with SLA requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching, preferably with Cisco, Ruijie, or D-Link.
- Good understanding of:
- TCP/IP
- OSPF
- BGP
- EIGRP
- VLANs
- STP/RSTP
- Subnetting & VLSM
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Sophos, Sangfor, or Barracuda firewalls.
- Practical knowledge of DrayTek routers, VPN technologies, and QoS.
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards, including Cat6/Cat6a and fiber optics.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of cloud connectivity and VPN integration with Azure/Google Workspace will be an advantage.

- Fortinet NSE 4+
- Sophos Certified Architect

- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Ruijie / DrayTek Certifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
