We are looking for a dynamic & target-driven HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in Plant, Manufacturing and Blue-Collar Hiring.

What You'll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing requirements.
- Handle bulk & blue-collar hiring for various plant positions.
- Recruit Machine Operators, Helpers, Technicians, Fitters, Electricians, Welders, Supervisors, Production Staff and other skilled/semi-skilled manpower.
- Understand manpower requirements from Production, Maintenance, Quality & Operations teams.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references, walk-ins, local sourcing, contractors & agencies.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.




- Coordinate interviews with the concerned department/plant team.
- Manage candidate follow-ups from shortlisting to joining.
- Handle offer discussions, documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases and daily hiring MIS.
- Build a solid talent pipeline for current and future plant requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality and timely closures.

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong exposure to Plant / Factory / Manufacturing Hiring
Hands-on experience in Blue-Collar & Bulk Hiring
Good knowledge of local sourcing and recruitment channels
Excellent communication & candidate-handling skills
Strong follow-up, negotiation and coordination abilities
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals
