Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept finalization through project completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong design capabilities, leadership skills, and technical expertise to deliver high-quality and innovative architectural solutions while ensuring smooth coordination among consultants, project teams, and site stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•

Lead architectural project development after concept approval and briefing by the HOD.

•

Manage and monitor schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.

•

Closely track project progress, anticipate drawing requirements, and identify potential design or execution challenges in advance.

•

Coordinate with project teams to implement timely solutions and escalate critical decisions for approval.

•

Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines.

•

Conduct site visits, oversee design implementation, and resolve site-level queries from contractors and vendors.

•

Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

•

Support project scheduling and coordination with Project Managers.

•

Implement and enforce team protocols, systems, processes,



documentation standards, and workflows communicated by the HOD.

•

Support the development and continuous improvement of design standards, SOPs, and project processes.

•

Review and verify all working drawings before issuance to site, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.

•

Ensure all project documentation and drawings are thoroughly checked for consistency and error-free execution.

Team Management & Coordination

•

Mentor, train, and supervise Assistant Architects assigned to the team.

•

Coordinate with Junior Architects and Liaison Architects as required for project execution.

•

Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

•

Maintain effective communication with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

•

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.

•

Relevant experience in architectural design, project coordination, and site execution.

•

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and V-Ray.

•

Excellent knowledge of construction documentation, building regulations, and industry standards.

•

Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

•

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
