Job Responsibilities for this role-

- Plan production and dispatch activities based on sales orders, priority, and plant capacity.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to record inspection results in SAP, perform manual quality checks, and manage batch cards as per sequence, weight, and required RPM.
- Coordinate with transporters for dispatch planning, vehicle availability, and shipment scheduling.
- Prepare E‑way bills and invoices in SAP in compliance with transport and statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling in line with customer specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain daily MIS reports using Excel and SAP for operational tracking.
- Plan and manage pending orders, safety stock, material movement, label printing, invoicing, and GRN activities.
- Communicate effectively with stake holders, transporters, and internal departments using Outlook email/phone.
- Update batch cards and logbooks daily and share the information with the WP group.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
