We are looking for a skilled and professional Desktop/Laptop Support Engineer to join our team. As a computer Support Engineer, you should provide support and technical assistance regarding any hardware and software issue. You should also possess a lot of knowledge and experience to troubleshoot problems and errors.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Deploy software updates and security patches.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets.
- Collaborate with team members.

Qualifications:

- Freshers are welcome.



Should be English Speaking.
- Robust understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
