About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at Narayana e-Techno School, Greater Noida.

The ideal candidate should be excellent at communicating with parents, understanding their requirements, explaining the school's academic programmes and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins and digital leads.
- Counsel parents and students regarding school programmes, curriculum, facilities and admission procedures.
- Conduct campus visits and provide a positive experience to prospective parents.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and maintain enquiry records.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions and achieve admission targets.




- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for the smooth admission process.
- Maintain accurate admission and enquiry data in CRM/Excel.
- Assist parents with documentation, registration and fee-related queries.
- Participate in admission drives, school events and promotional activities.
- Build strong and qualified relationships with parents.

Candidate Profile

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong convincing and counselling abilities
✔ Presentable and professional personality
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools
✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach
✔ Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, education sales, ed-tech or customer handling will be preferred
✔ Ability to work independently as well as in a team
