- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain petty cash and monitor daily cash transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance),
or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Salary
- Salary: Open based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
