Cashier – Job Responsibilities

KORBA CHHATTISGARH

Handle daily cash and banking transactions

Receive customer payments for vehicle bookings, sales, accessories, insurance, and other dealership services

Prepare and issue receipts, payment vouchers, and other necessary documents

Maintain accurate records of all cash and cheque transactions

Verify customer payment details and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts

Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Finance, and RTO departments

Maintain daily cash book and prepare daily cash collection reports

Deposit collected cash and cheques into the company bank account as per company policy

Handle petty cash and maintain proper supporting documents

Reconcile daily cash, bank, and payment records

Assist the Accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership financial procedures

Provide skilled and courteous service to customers during payment transactions

Work Location: In person
