Job Description as Follows

- Develop and maintain solid client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and assess client needs to offer suitable solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance and value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Track and report on client metrics.
- Maintain database of the Product and Project Location.
- Enhance Clients deal with proper data base
- Own and develop relationship with Clients, rapport with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes

Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to sales team.

· Qualification : Any Degree in UG/PG





· Strong Communication level in English and Hindi

· Job Location : Calicut

· Experience ; 2 to 4 Years of experience in Customer/Client Relation.
