Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to develop and manage business opportunities across Mumbai, Daman & Diu, and Ahmedabad.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting Government Departments, Law Enforcement Agencies, Police Departments, Investigation Agencies, and other potential clients to generate business opportunities, understand customer requirements, conduct product presentations, and support the complete sales process.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel and possess valuable communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and Government/Law Enforcement Departments regularly to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Police Departments, Government Agencies, Investigation Agencies, and other relevant organizations.
- Identify customer requirements and introduce suitable company products and technology solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with prospective clients.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, events, and market research.




- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal Sales, Technical, Tender, and Back-Office teams for quotations, demonstrations, proposals, and customer requirements.
- Collect market intelligence regarding customer requirements, upcoming projects, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Maintain records of daily field visits, client meetings, leads, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Assist in achieving assigned sales targets and business development goals.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and other industry events.
- Travel extensively across Mumbai, Daman & Diu, Ahmedabad, and nearby locations as per business requirements.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Government Sales, or Technology Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to confidently meet and interact with Government and professional clients.
- Basic knowledge of preparing sales reports and maintaining customer information.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage regular field travel.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn about technology products and solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
