Ideal candidate: Someone currently managing revenue for multiple hotels/properties rather

than someone whose experience is limited to reservations operations.

Hiring objective: Build a person-independent revenue function and ensure

pricing, OTA distribution, inventory and reservations are continuously optimised across the

entire portfolio.

PMS Experience — Important:

Our primary PMS is Easy Absolute. Candidates with hands-on experience using Easy

Absolute will be strongly preferred, as this will significantly reduce the onboarding time and

allow the person to take ownership of the revenue and reservations function much faster.

Candidates with strong revenue-management experience but without Easy Absolute

experience can still be considered, provided they demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and

adapt to new systems.

Industry Background — Preferred:





We are open to candidates from hotels, resorts, hostels, serviced apartments and hospitality

startups. In particular, candidates coming from the hostel / experiential-stay industry with a

strong understanding of dynamic pricing, occupancy, ADR and demand patterns would be a

very good fit.

Ideal candidate:

Someone who has actually owned revenue and pricing decisions, preferably across multiple

properties, rather than someone whose experience is limited to reservations operations.

Hiring objective:

Build a person-independent revenue function, ensuring that pricing, OTA

distribution, inventory, forecasting and reservations are continuously monitored and

optimised across the entire portfolio.

Key: We are looking for an owner, not just an executor. The person should be

comfortable making pricing decisions independently and be able to work directly with the

founders/business team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
