Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day production activities in graphite and precision machining. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of machining processes, production planning, quality standards, manpower handling and shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets within timelines.
- Handle production of graphite components and precision-machined parts.
- Monitor CNC / VMC / conventional machining operations as applicable.
- Ensure machines are utilized efficiently and production downtime is minimized.
- Supervise operators, technicians and production manpower.
- Allocate work and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance,



Stores and Engineering teams.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor rejection, rework and material wastage and take necessary measures.
- Maintain production records, reports and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide team members on process and safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

✅ Strong knowledge of precision machining processes

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
