We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. Your primary role will be to reach out to potential leads, explain our services, and convert inquiries into active clients or meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach: Making outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Service Pitching: Clearly explaining the company’s products/services and answering customer queries.
- Follow-ups: Managing a pipeline of potential leads and following up consistently to close deals.
- CRM Management: Keeping a detailed record of all calls and customer status in the CRM/Excel.
Top Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing power.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Fluency in English and Hindi (or any local language required).
