Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Urban Planner – Fresher to join our team in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will work closely with senior planners and multidisciplinary project teams on urban planning, master planning, land-use planning, GIS-based analysis, and infrastructure development projects.

This role is ideal for a fresh graduate/postgraduate who is looking to build a career in Urban Planning and Infrastructure Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of Master Plans, Development Plans and Land Use Plans.
- Support senior planners in urban and regional planning studies.
- Assist with GIS mapping, spatial analysis and preparation of thematic maps.
- Support collection, compilation and analysis of demographic, socio-economic, land-use and infrastructure data.
- Assist in field surveys, site visits and preparation of survey reports.
- Prepare maps, drawings, presentations and planning-related project deliverables.
- Conduct research on urban development, infrastructure and planning-related subjects.
- Assist in preparation of technical reports and project documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams involved in planning and infrastructure projects.
- Support senior team members in day-to-day project activities and client deliverables.

Eligibility & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Planning / Architecture / Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Master's degree in Urban Planning / Town Planning / City Planning / Regional Planning / Urban & Regional Planning will be preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant academic projects or internships in urban planning will have an advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Urban & Regional Planning
- Basic understanding of Master Planning and Land Use Planning
- Working knowledge of GIS – ArcGIS / QGIS
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical and research skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work on field as well as office-based assignments

Preferred Knowledge

Candidates having exposure to any of the following will be preferred:
